We work for you to purchase the home or land you desire. It will be at the price you agreed upon. You will have a transaction with a Legal Lawyer ( Notory ) and it will be put in the National Registro in your name or corporation if you so desire. It should cost less than $500 for a Costa Rican S.A. (Corporation) of your own. You will be informed of any additional costs because of a change or add on you might order and the price for this will be given to you. We can provide hotels, ground transportation etc..we are all inclusive!!
